Proprietors Record Transcript by Barbara M. Grindle (GOV.4)

The records that remain of the first meetings of the Township 4 proprietors were in the Sargentville library but now, for safekeeping, are in the Sedgwick Town Office Vault. The pages are often difficult to read but, with amazing patience and tenacity, Barbara M. Grindle transcribed the records into a format that allows others to share these interesting reflections of the proprietors and to a lesser extent, the settlers of Sedgwick.
