The house on the left of Rodolph’s house belonged to Benjamin C. Sargent.  Abby Sargent wrote that both Sargent houses were built in about 1884.[1] The house across the road belonged to Jennie Beedle. Diane and Eric Kornmeier now own Rodolph’s house and have put considerable effort into making improvements while maintaining its classic design.
